Abstract

The frequency of bowel perforation after TAH is rare. The present case reports a case of bowel perforation in a Patient of rheumatoid arthritis on steroids since last 6 years who underwent TAH for AUB (Fibroid). Hence, early diagnosis and a multidisciplinary approach, consisting of gynaecologists, surgeon and anestheologists is necessary for a successful outcome in such cases.
