Objective: Various drugs have been endorsed but no standardised premedication protocol exists for patients. Various opioids combination are in practice for long time with some ill effects. Alfa 2 agonist group are newer drugs in anaesthesia practice. This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy oral clonidine and intramuscular pethidine with glycopyrrolate as premedication in patient under general anaesthesia.
