Synovial sarcoma is an aggressive soft tissue tumor, accounting for 5-10 % of all sarcomas, and occurs mainly in the para-articular region of extremities with a predilection of lower limbs. Monophasic inguinal synovial sarcomas are extremely rare. We present here a case of synovial sarcoma in a 17 year old female presenting as an inguinal mass.Downloads
