Myaesthenia gravis is a rare autoimune disorder.it is undiagnosed most of the time in the elder age group,we report a case of 55 years old male presented with bilateral ptosis,diplopia and muscle weakness mainly in evening after taking statin therapy.He was not previously diagnosed case of myaesthenia gravis.Downloads
