Objectives: The aim of our study was to investigate the predictive value of an oxidative stress and free radical scavenger enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients having coronary heart disease (CHD). Material and Methods: The study population contained 200 subjects divided into two groups, 150 patients with CHD and 50, age and sex matched healthy control subjects.
